RADWIN 2000 C-Series Wireless Broadband Radios Deliver 100 Mbps Asymmetric Throughput;
Optimized for IP Backhaul

In Tel-Aviv, Israel – January 20, 2010 - RADWIN (, a leading provider of Backhaul and Broadband Wireless Solutions announced the release of its new RADWIN 2000 C-Series. RADWIN 2000 C-Series delivers 100 Mbps asymmetric throughput at the most competitive price in the market. Providing up to 16 E1s/T1s + Ethernet on one platform at ranges of up to 120 Km/75 miles, the RADWIN 2000 C-Series solutions set a new benchmark in performance and reliability.

The latest addition to RADWIN’s portfolio, The RADWIN 2000 C-Series offers Adaptive Asymmetric capacity whereby bandwidth is automatically allocated between uplink and downlink based on traffic loads and air-interface conditions. RADWIN 2000 C-Series incorporates advanced technologies such as MIMO, OFDM and Diversity together with unique proprietary protocols to ensure unmatched robustness and resiliency in operation in the sub-6 GHz bands. Extremely simple to install and maintain, systems operate flawlessly in the most challenging environments, including non-line-of-sight scenarios, interference-ridden environments and extreme temperatures. The future-proof systems support 100 Mbps in first release, and will support 200 Mbps net aggregate throughput in Q2/2010 via free software upgrade.

Adi Nativ, RADWIN’s Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, stated: “RADWIN 2000 C-Series is the ultimate high-capacity backhaul solution, specially designed to fulfill operators’ cost and performance requirements. Delivering native TDM and Ethernet in one solution allows operators to offer end-customers voice and data services and prepares them for the seamless migration from today’s converged networks to tomorrow’s all-IP networks, including LTE/4G. Providing high capacity, a rich feature-set and state-of-the-art technologies make RADWIN 2000-C the ideal solution for operators’ backhaul needs.”
